Fees (Individuals): £25 per session

I am an integrative practitioner which means that I view each individual as unique, and view the creation of a mutually trusting relationship where clients feel valued and supportive as of most importance. You can expect me to pay attention to the quality and dynamics of our working relationship as it develops and my aims are to be open and honest, to respect the pace and depth at which you choose to proceed and to provide a space within which you feel confident and safe to explore what is troubling you.

I began my training at the Bath Centre for Psychotherapy and Counselling in 2008. Since beginning my training I have undertaken supervised work with clients for Cruse Bereavement Care in Cheltenham (I am an accredited Cruse Bereavement Care counsellor), and also worked in a local high school under the supervision of a Mental Health Practitioner with young people aged 16 +. In addition, I currently work for the NHS Let’s Talk service seeing adults who are struggling particularly with depression and/or anxiety. I have been in private practice since April 2011.

From my own experience of being a client I came to believe that a high degree of self awareness in the therapist enables the creation of a safer and more productive space for the client and for this reason I am committed to a regular programme of continued professional development. I am member of BACP and regularly meet with an experienced supervisor in order to monitor the progress of the sessions and to ensure the highest professional standards.
